The History Hub is pleased to be hosting "AIDS Activism and Queer Care," with Keiko Lane. Lane is an independent scholar, practicing psychotherapist, ACT UP and Queer Nation/Los Angeles activist, and author of the recent memoir, Blood Loss: A Love Story of AIDS, Activism, and Art, published by Duke University Press. To prepare for her talk, we ask you to read her short article, "Uncovering" (duke.is/uncovering) and if you get particularly excited by her work, you may also want to read her book chapter, "what love is" (duke.is/whatloveis).

This event will occur in the Pink Parlor of the East Duke Building on East Campus.
